July 4th Watermelon Cocktail

I love watermelon and a refreshing cocktail in the summer, so why not combine them both? This is a great drink all summer long, but perfect for the 4th!

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz tequila
1.0 oz watermelon juice*
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup

*purée watermelon in a blender and strain

RECIPE:
1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake over ice until chilled.
3. Serve over ice in a cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lime or watermelon.
